Originally owned by Cooper Communities, Inc., the Bella Vista Townhouse Association
purchased the wastewater treatment facilities in 1992 and Village Wastewater Company, Inc.
was created in 1996 to serve the community of Bella Vista.

Our facility and its employees provide wastewater treatment and maintenance services for
residents of Bella Vista; maintain and expand the current wastewater infrastructure; and
contribute to the protection of the environment through extensive testing as required by the
Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.

The VWWC also takes pride in providing use of the property by the Bella Vista Garden Club to
house its Native, vegetable, and various plant beds and host seasonal plant sales.
