Industrial Users will be classified in terms of flow using the following criteria:
Classification will be based on the highest calculation.
Flow = Gallons, BOD = 300mg/L, TSS = 300mg/L

Example: User has BOD of 1200 mg/l, TSS = 900mg/L, Flow = 10,000 gallons
Flow = 10,000 gallons classification
*BOD = 1200/300 * 10,000 = 40,000 gallons classification
TSS = 900/300 * 10,000 = 30,000 gallons classification

Late Charges: will be billed to the customer at a rate of 10% per month after three (3) months of non-payment.

Disconnect of Service: will occur after certified notification is sent at the end of three months of non-payment.

The following Capacity and Tap-In Fees for new customers in Bella Vista was adopted by the Village Wastewater Company Board of Directors on August 21, 2024. The rates will be applied to all new residential and commercial customers on January 1, 2025.
