No, the utility companies in Bella Vista are owned and operated by separate entities. The water system is owned and operated by the Bella Vista Property Owners Association and the trash service is operated by Republic Services.
No. Once the station is installed at the property, it belongs to the homeowner just like any other appliance in the home. This includes the lines that run in the yard and the tap box that is in the utility easement on the edge of the property. Village Waste Water owns the main line in the street.
Village Waste Water Company exists to serve the community of Bella Vista and its customers in areas with sewer service. Regular service calls during business hours will incur a fee of $100; this fee includes any maintenance to the lift station unless equipment needs to be replaced, i.e. pump, float, start capacitor, etc. We will always contact the homeowner to authorize replacement of any parts or equipment before performing the repairs. As an alternative, the customer always has the option to contact a plumber.

If sewage is leaking or flowing from the tap at a property line, or there appears to be a break in the street, please call 479-481-4142 to reach the on-call operator.

If the red light ignites on the alarm panel for your lift station, call the office and leave a message. A technician will be dispatched the following business day to diagnose and resolve the issue.
